FESAMEDCARE – DEPOSIT, PROMOTIONAL PRICING AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By contacting Fesamedcare through WhatsApp, social media platforms, email, telephone, our website, or by making any deposit, partial payment, or advance payment, the patient acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions are available on our website and apply to all patients receiving assistance, coordination, scheduling, promotional pricing, or treatment arrangements through Fesamedcare.

2. Nature of Services

Fesamedcare is an independent medical tourism facilitator and patient coordination platform that connects international patients with licensed dental specialists and clinics in Colombia.

Fesamedcare is responsible for coordinating appointments, maintaining promotional pricing, arranging treatment schedules, assisting with accommodations and transportation logistics, and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.

Dental treatments are performed exclusively by independent licensed specialists and clinics.

3. Promotional Prices and Deposits

Promotional prices offered by Fesamedcare are limited-time benefits granted exclusively to patients who secure their treatment by making the required deposit within the promotional period.

Deposits and advance payments are used to:

• Reserve promotional pricing;

• Block clinical availability with participating specialists;

• Coordinate treatment schedules;

• Arrange hotel accommodations, transportation services, and logistical planning when included;

• Secure access to limited treatment opportunities and promotional benefits.

4. Non-Refundable Deposits and Advance Payments

ALL DEPOSITS, ADVANCE PAYMENTS, AND PARTIAL PAYMENTS MADE TO SECURE PROMOTIONAL PRICING, TREATMENT DATES, OR CLINICAL AVAILABILITY ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

The patient understands and agrees that promotional pricing would not have been granted without the deposit and that Fesamedcare incurs administrative, scheduling, coordination, and opportunity costs once a treatment plan has been reserved.

No refunds shall be issued due to:

• Flight cancellations;

• Airline bankruptcy or service interruptions;

• Visa denials or immigration issues;

• Personal emergencies;

• Pregnancy;

• Family matters;

• Medical conditions unrelated to the scheduled treatment;

• Financial hardship;

• Changes in travel plans;

• Fear of flying;

• Work-related conflicts;

• Weather events;

• Force majeure events affecting the patient;

• Any circumstance beyond the control of Fesamedcare.

5. Rescheduling Policy

Patients who are unable to travel for any reason may reschedule their treatment and preserve their promotional pricing for up to eight (8) months from the date of their initial deposit.

After eight (8) months, promotional prices may expire and current treatment fees may apply.

Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Patients agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes for treatments that remain available and have not been cancelled by Fesamedcare or the participating dental provider.

If a patient initiates a chargeback while treatment remains available, Fesamedcare reserves the right to submit evidence including payment confirmations, treatment quotations, promotional offers, communication records, and these Terms and Conditions to the corresponding financial institutions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fesamedcare shall not be responsible for losses, damages, travel expenses, airline tickets, hotel reservations booked independently by the patient, missed flights, immigration restrictions, or any other travel-related inconveniences.

The patient assumes full responsibility for obtaining transportation to Colombia and arriving for treatment within the validity period of their promotional reservation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia.

Any controversy arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Colombia.
